It depends - In my case it was nearer nine months for the full value, although a small interim payout arrived at around six weeks.
This may be because the remains of the bike were not recovered nearer the time - it was nearly a year before that happened.

Have you had a walk around the locality to see if the thieving scroates have hidden it somewhere in order to see if it has a tracker fitted?.
The last time someone on here had a bike knicked, this was suggested to them and they did a walk around their locality and managed to recover their bike hidden in an alley less than half a mile away.Never Knowingly Understood.
