I hope this in the right place if not please move

I am a 25 year old (Average) male (Single) (26 on 23rd August)

I walk to work every day (unless It's really chucking it down with rain or I am running late) takes me about 30 mins (That's about all the exercise I do)

I work Monday/Friday (Hour lunch)

Monday 8.30/4.30
Tuesday 7/4.30
Wednesday 8.30/4.30
Thursday 8.30/4.30
Friday 8.30/5

Hours can sometimes change...

I go out clubbing most weekends (one of my friends is addicted to clubbing & asks me to come) (Is this bad for me) I am getting bored of feeling ill/hungover the next day so would like to cut this down...

People at my work go to the GYM (Only 2 mins walk away) at lunch but I CBA to as don't wanna smell & not big fan of going to the gym...

I not bothered about muscle's etc just wanna keep fit loose a bit of fat & Enjoy life...

I play to much Playstation 4 & Watch to Much tv etc...

Do Enjoy going to Dance/Trance/Hardcore events etc

So how can I keep fit & have a healthy life style?? I would do running but don't really like doing it. When it's raining or snowing Got no bike could go swimming

Is that 30 mins each way to work?

Surprising if you are flabby with that much walking each day plus weekend clubbing. Do you eat a lot of lardy foods?

Take a bit more interest in yourself. You sound demotivated, taking easy options while there's a little voice in your head telling you there's more to life. Challenge yourself to do a bit more. Join a walking or running club. Set yourself a weight target and a reasonable time to reach that target.

There are so many different ways to lose weight and get fitter, all involve doing some exercise and eating less than you use...

... but you need to sort out your personal motivation.
Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.

It's 30 mins to work & 30 mins back (Somtimes I get the free shuttle on way home from work)

I eat a mixture off food. Healthy/fatty depends on the day.

I think I am going swimming Thursday with my mum as & gonna start going each week (Hopefully that will help)

I am making these suggestions on the basis that you will actually be open minded about them. From your post, it sounds like you're not open to a whole lot, but I'll try.

I am 28, an avid gamer, used to do the clubbing thing years ago but like you're saying, hated the "hangover" side of it so I don't drink at all anymore, it saves me money and I'm not harming my body every weekend. I am overweight at the moment but only a few years back was quite fit.

These are the 3 things I'm doing to get my weight back down to what it was the last time I finished my last "Insanity" workout shape/weight (6ft 1 and 190lbs - yes, some might still consider that overweight, but I'm naturally broad).

If you're looking for a quick fix and would stick to it, try doing the Insanity workout, you can do it at home and it works. You WILL be in a lot of pain in the first week, but it's very good if you just get down to it and do it, no excuses. Ensure you're eating healthy food and a lot of protein if you do this.

Save up for a bike and go mountain biking for the day - rain or shine. Nothing wrong with getting a bit muddy. I recently got a Voodoo Bizango so I could start up again, there are decent cheaper ones for half that price, just don't spend less than £200 because they are more trouble than they're worth to keep going. You could also use the bike for commuting too. I have a road bike too, but I find them too uncomfortable and boring over long distances.

Cut down on portion sizes and improve the quality of food you eat, fresh over frozen meals etc. This one kills me because while I'm quite active, I eat too much. If in doubt, log all your food and drink intake to MyFitnessPal, and if you have a fitness/smart watch, you can usually link your exercise to this too. You can then get an idea of what you should be consuming to hit a certain weight, and what you are actually consuming.

GTR - you're close to the same age as me, weeks away, and we work similar hours.

Not many people can be arsed with going to the gym or going a run. Hell, I'd much rather be on the Xbox playing COD or binge watching Game of Thrones, however I've grown to tollerate the gym but more importantly I've grown to love the results.

Some mornings I'll get up early and go to the before work then use the shower there to get ready for work, so that eliminates your concern on smell.

More often than not, I'll go to the gym after work alone. I don't like going with anyone mainly because I like to zone out listening to my own music. Rest assured, most people in the gym are sweating just as much as you and smelling/looking the same. No judgement are made.

Swimming is a great option. Works the full body and you can give yourself targets each time you go to try and beat your previous amount of lengths.

I would urge you just start. With something. Anything. Make it acheivable. Combine it with small changes to your diet like no more fizzy juice, or cigarettes, alcohol or any other substances you may enjoy at your raves.

I could talk all day on this..

I am not surprised in the slighest.

Walking isnt training, its a very slow way of getting from point A to point B.

If getting a good body was as easy as a bit of walking everybody would have one.

Im not really going to offer any more advice than that, I doubt op cba to follow it.
