    Friday was indeed the first of July, but next Thursday is the seventh.

    You would expect an official Goverment department to get the dates right.

    Everyone who clicks on your link to see what the website looks like is telling the fraudster that *your email address* is good and that you also click spam links. So if I were you I'd remove the link.
