  • thank you everyone i have made a list of what i think i need to get us through, wont have any bus fares as walk everywhere as pushchair is huge(trying to lose baby bulge), darling partner has bought milk home from work so thats a saving so tomorrow im getting
    Potatoes
    eggs
    rice
    Squash (i dont drink anything else but only get cheap one)
    stock cubes
    any veg or meat thats reduced at Mr T's
    And hopefully this should see us through next couple of weeks until big stock shop before my wages drop to smp:eek:

  • couldn't you drink water instead of the squash?? Its so much better for you, then put the money to something else.
  • went shopping today and got
    Eggs
    Potatoes
    rice
    reduced peppers
    reduced mushrooms
    bread flour
    Reduced sausages
    Cheese
    3 tin toms
    All this came in at £8.40:T so have little left for milk
    Totally forgot to pick up squash but my partner has bought some home from work which he took in couple weeks ago:D

    If you slice some of the mushrooms and peppers you can freeze them (no need for any other preparation/cooking) and have them next week too xx
