This Competition is open to individuals residing in the UK over the age of 18 only.
Employees of the Promoter or any associated company and their immediate family as well as sponsors of the Competition and their employees and judges of the competition and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Competition, may not enter the Competition.
To enter the Competition Entrants must submit their details in the form supplied.
Only one Entry is permitted per person.
Entries can only be made between 01 July 2016 and 31 July 2016
Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be valid.
One winning Entry will be selected at random on Friday 05 August 2016.
Buyagift will contact the winner to notify them that they have won the competition by email.
If the winner fails to respond within 5 days of contact, another winner will be chosen
The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).
There is one Prize available. The winner is permitted to ask a plus one to accompany them.

1st prize:

The first winner selected (1st Prize Winner) will receive Two complimentary Economy return tickets from the UK with British Airways & American Airlines to Miami. Accommodation: 2 nights at the Grand Beach Hotel, Miami, 2 nights at Hawks Cay Resort Florida Keys followed by an additional 5 fantastic nights at Ocean Pointe Suites, Key Largo. Car hire will be courtesy of Avis for the duration of the trip. The prize can be booked from 05 August 2016
The Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargoes and blackout periods may apply. Flights are with British Airways & American Airlines to Miami from the UK.
The Prize is non-transferable/non-exchangeable
Travel must be completed by 31st December 2017
Prize must be booked by 31st December 2016
The costs of transfers, travel insurance, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
Applicable taxes will need to be paid. These will be advised at the time of booking.
All prizes are non transferable, non-amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
Name changes, or destination changes are not permitted.
All persons must travel on the same flight and dates as the winner and carry a valid passport. The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together.
If the winner cannot accept the prize, a new winner will be selected.
TravelPlanners & Buyagift disclaim liability for typographical errors and errors in distributions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Visa: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft.
Travel Insurance: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure they have travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.
Health Documents: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).
All prize draw entrants will receive a £100 TravelPlanners holiday voucher to use off their next holiday to Florida Keys & Key West. The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no alternative voucher (cash or otherwise) available.
