Opening 3 different bank accounts in less than 2 months?

Thanks to MSE I have opened TSB and nationwide account last month.
Now I want to open a RBS select account so I can switch it to other banks which pays out money. But will this effect by credit rating? As this will be my 3rd account in less than 2 months and I already have 3xBOS.

Thank you

Do you mean 'will this affect my credit rating' or 'will this be affected by my credit rating'

Either way, I wouldn't worry about your 'credit rating'. Unless you apply for/accept an overdraft, 3 new accounts in 2 months will have little or no impact on your credit worthiness.

If you are thinking about applying for a mortgage in the next 6 months, I would suggest you maintain one long term current account, as lenders like to see stability.

    Thank you for your reply
and it was meant to be my credit rating and not by :rotfl:
I don't need a mortgage or any loans so I will just apply for the RBS account online today.

Some people here have opened >10 within a few days. I wouldn't worry about it in your situation.
