The Ombudsman has no remit to not fall under a ratio of 50/50, they just rule on what they feel is fair and/or inline with their technical notes and / or their previous case rulings.
or if they don't like your face they will find against you... they have 1 remit, jobs for the boys and more cash for themselves.
Did you actually read the adjudicators notes in my case? I did post them up and tbh if you cannot see the bias there you are blind.0 -

I would guess you're in a small minority who believe that the Ombudsman treated you unfairly.
