Does anyone know that, when a company is in the process of being wound up (applied for on 26 May) are they required to advertise the fact on a website they run through ?. Presumably there has to be some requirements for them to tell people, but at what point ?.
Thanks

In legal terms, what does 'being wound up' mean?
It could mean insolvent, or no longer trading and applying for strike off, or even in administration.0 -
