A woman from Milton Keynes, with help from her Aylesbury solicitor, has succeeded in overturning a punitive fine (sic) imposed by a private parking firm, in a case which is bound to have implications for tenants of leasehold flats.

    With £2000 costs to be paid by the PPC, bet they will not do that again in a hurry ..... :rotfl:

    A lesson for all greedy PPC scammers if they think the courts will improve their balance sheets
