JSA Sanction 'Overturned', will i get paid?

Hi all,

On monday i had found out that my JSA had been sanctioned, upon me sorting it out all this week, constant calls, lots of trips to my local JC and alot of shouting and banging, i recieved a call on Friday (1/7/16) stating that my Sanction had been 'overturned' and that she will make the right people know. I recieved this call at around 4pm.

My question is, Will i get paid what i had missed? They were very understanding of my situation. I have bills to pay, my mouth and my dogs mouths to feed and i still dont know if i'm gonna be paid.
I attempted applying for hardship during the 'appeal' process and was told i would have to wait 5 weeks for my hardship payment, which is 1 week AFTER my sanction ends.

I would appreciate if someone could tell me what happens next as i completely forgot to ask her if i was or was not getting paid and now i can't stop thinking that i'm not gettting paid which i find disgusting if that's the case.

Thankyou, i look forward to the replies.

The easiest way to find out the answer would be to ring them tomorrow morning :)

I hope you complained about all their "shouting and banging".

Of course you'll get back what you missed. That's what overturning the sanction means. Maybe I'm missing something because it seems to obvious to me.
