Have I messed up? Booked Butlins Minehead for me, my husband and our baby who will be 4 months old when we go. I booked half board but I've just read in the confirmation email that it says something like "£18 pppn based on four sharing". So does that mean I'll have to pay £18 for four people even though there will just be the two of us eating? Baby will still be on her milk so paying for a child is pointless too as she wont be eating their food.

Also, club passes. Will I have to pay for one for the 4 month old baby? Or just for me and husband?

Hi,when you get the email confirmation from Butlins phone them and ask for the half board for just you and your husband
Also let them know you only need 2 entertainment passes.

Hi,

I booked and paid on 17 July but have not yet received the confirmation letter with final charges etc from the park. When I booked it said to contact sun holidays on a specific email address if nothing was received 14 days, which I did yesterday but have yet to get a response. I just wondered f anyone else has had the same problems?

Bit early to be chasing them yet according to their website:

You will receive your holiday confirmation by August 25, 2016 or, if unsuccessful, your payment will be returned by this date. If you have not heard anything by this date please phone the Holiday from £9.50 helpline on 0344 543 9743 (calls cost the same as a normal local or national landline and may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes).
