HSBC Balance Transfer

in Credit cards
Hey :j
So based on the advice of this forum. I took out a credit card for the first time with my bank HSBC, as it was easier to obtain with not a huge credit history (thank you).
It only offered 3 months no interest. Therefore, I have come to the end of these three months and I am considering my options of moving the debt over to another card, then pay off the debts over a longer period of time. I'd need a card that can take £3,000 balance transfer.
I wondered if anyone has any experience of what would be the best avenue to explore. Before I start looking into my options.

I just tried out the eligibility calculator that you have on here and got the above results.
What does this mean by pre-approved and could someone break this down, if its the best choice in laymen's terms?0
