THE PRIZE

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, SWISS and Urban Retreat Atlantis their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

1. There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize includes two return economy flights with SWISS from the UK to Zürich, four nights’ accommodation at the urban retreat Atlantis by Giardino, including breakfast, dinner on two nights for two people at Hide & Seek restaurant (three courses with wine flight), access to the dipiù Spa with indoor and outdoor pool, alcohol free minibar and wi-fi, shuttle service to Zürich’s city centre, airport pick-up & drop off, two ZürichCARDS (valid for 72 hours) and a guided ‘Stories of the Old Town’ tour.

1. The maximum total prize value is £2000 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

1. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 14 days advance booking and are subject to availability. Travel must be taken by 31 March 2017. Travel not permitted 15 August–1 September, 14–24 October 2016, 15 December 2016–4 January 2017, 10–20 February 2017. Both hotel and flights are subject to availability.

1. Prize travel is subject to SWISS General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue SWISS frequent flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or SWISS frequent flyer points.

1. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, SWISS and Urban Retreat Atlantis make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

1. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

1. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet, SWISS and Urban Retreat Atlantis will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

1. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.

1. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.

1. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

1. There is no cash alternative.

1. The competition prize is subject to availability.
