can you please correct me if I am wrong:
1) the cheapest way to get pay in EUROS, except taking out special traveller card, is to pay by credit or debit card?
2) if to use cash - best way is to use debit card being abroad?
3) exchange rates in UK are somewhat rubbish and it is not really worth to cash here, exchange to euros in UK?
Banking with Lloyds

Yes: you should get the Metro Bank account with debit card, or the right Post Office credit card, or the Halifax Clarity card... the fees from Lloyds are likely to be as "rubbish" as the exchange rates offered for cash, but fortunately Metro Bank will open an account for you while you wait if you visit one of their branches.0
