Identify this country using the following clues:
1. It shares borders with two countries, one of which is over twice as long as the other.
2. Its lowest point reaches 86m below sea level.
3. 81.6 per cent of the population is urbanised.
4. It has a birth rate half that of Vanuatu.
5. In 2010, 15 per cent of the population were below the poverty line.
