ESA medical unsure what doctor meant

Hi all
Yesterday I had my ESA assessment. I have both physical and mental health issues. In the assessment the doctor asked me about shopping and driving. I have carers so wanted to know how many and when
She then examined me. Only at the end did she mention mental health. The doctor said she had enough information from me for a decision to be made without talking about my mental health
My question is: does this mean I am going in the support group. It appears she got to a stage where I could only walk less than 50 metres thus a support group descriptor
Has anybody else had this?
Thanks for any help

Hi . . none of us can tell you if you're in the SG but it sounds to me like you will be. If the decision would be WRAG then i'd expect them to have to hear about all problems being claimed for to then decide if SG applies. It sounds to me like you met the descriptors on physical alone!0

If they effectively stopped after half of the assessment it does seem likely that you will continue to receive ESA. In the unlikely event of them trying to stop your payment you would have easy grounds to appeal.0
