Holes in mortar in exterior wall

Hello
Couple of years ago had a survey done for free Cavity Wall insulation. I live in an end terrace so have 3 exterior walls.
He drilled a couple of small holes in the mortar of each wall in different points & said I couldn’t have it as the cavity in the wall at the front of the house was smaller than the side & back walls. This could cause problems with the damp course. Fair enough.
He then plugged the holes with Grey coloured plug things to match the Mortar. However, I have noticed the ones in the front wall have come out & although the holes are small I can see into the cavity. I was going to fill them with Polyfilla for external walls (just squeeze it out of the tube) but this is white & would stand out.
Is their an alternative easy to use product that is a grey mortar colour or does anybody know where I can get the plug like products I saw the guy use.
As you can probably tell I am not very good at DIY.
Thanks

I would use a drop of black paint or ink to colour the polyfilla to the right shade and use that.0
