in Credit cards
Hi
Hoping someone can help please. If I transfer £1000 to a 0% interest card, obviously I wouldn't be charged interest for the 0% period.
However, what happens if you then use the card for other spend? So say I spent £100 in a month, paid that off and paid off the minimum amount from the original £1000, would I be charged interest? If that makes sense!
Thanks
Tim

The answer is you could be, but it varies on the provider.
The simple solution is to keep this card separate, and put spending through another card.0 -
You will be, as you'll lose any interest free period on the purchases as you're not paying off the balance in full. They will attract interest from the time of purchase.0
