You might like to contact Revenue and Customs to see whether UKCPS are playing fair on v.a.t. or not as they appear to have a problem with v.a.t.

If , they clai mthat , this is contractual charge, it is a fee for parking, and thus vatable. Have they accounted for vat on their paper work?

Ask them for a vat invoice. If they ignore your request, (which they probably will), it is a useful stick with which to beat them if it ever gets to court.

Surely the first point is that you dispute that all of the passengers in the car left site and they need to prove their case?

If you simply go in on technical points, that indicates you did, in fact, contravene the t&c and you are simply trying to use technicalities.

You will see from Ibbotson case that the actual site boundaries were not clear and you have picked that up. Any chance of getting a site map and photos of the area and signs?

    Hello.
I do have a pic of the signage but don't know how to attach it.

Hello. I submitted my defence on 14.07.16 and today I received Notice of Proposed allocation to the Small Claims Tract and the form N180. I think not to tick mediation.
Does this notice mean that PPC paid the hearing fee or that will happen after submission of this form?
It says to serve copies on all other parties. Does this mean to send a photocopy to UKCPS LTD?
    Any advice please.
    Thank you.

That happens after this form, which moves it to your local court and it is the claimant's move, if they pay the hearing fee. You will then hear from the court with a hearing date and directing you when to submit any detailed defence/your witness statement.

Yes. You have to send them a copy or their solicitor if they are using one (whoever completed the claim form).

You should read Bargepole's post about what to do when and which boxes to tick on the court forms. It's linked in the NEWBIES thread under 'Small claim?'
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
