Confused by bank accounts for me

Awesome thanks, I may as well get it working for me, it's just sat there at the moment.
Thanks everyone!0 -
Awesome, TSB account up and running!
Once it's done I should be getting over a tenner a month for doing almost nothing.

And there's many more options, at least for the moment.
You can open around a dozen accounts or more and get £50k in at above 3%, plus several thousand per month into regular savers paying the same or more.
It's not a target but does show the potential.0 -
My partner is in a similar situation but with £10k instead of £2k, any advice for her please?
The Santander one doesn't seem suitable as she, ideally, wants to keep this money separate from her bill money, and that requires DD's to be set up.
She's doesn't mind it being split, if needed.0 -
Have a read around here

Tesco are nice easy accounts to add into the mix. You can have 2 each, no DDs and no minimum monthly pay in required. 3% up to £3k in each account. Not necessarily the most rewarding, but very simple:T0 -
Is it a good idea to apply for bank accounts in quick succession or should I wait?
I still need to do my Halifax one and it looks like I'll be applying for a Tesco one to help the partner too.0 -

By the way, if £10 a month gets you excited then you'll be jumping for joy if I say that the 2 of you could probably make £1500 or so over the next 6-12 months by playing the switching game!0 -
