Cashback and 0% purchase credit cards

Options
Just wondering if there will be any issues on a credit rating if you were to have both a 0% purchase and a Cashback credit card. For example, use Cashback card on everyday spending (like fuel, shopping, etc) then the 0% purchase on any larger purchases? Thanks. (From a newbie to all this stuff :) )

The cards, their limits and how you manage them will appear on one or more of your credit file.

You have no credit rating. Just credit history that lenders will interpret in their own way. Some may decide you have too much credit. Some may think that two cards gives insufficient history.

Depends on the cards and how you intend to manage them. For example in the case of an Amex cashback everyday you might want to put larger purchases on it because you need to spend a minimum of £3000 a year to get cashback.

On my credit histories the type of card and the APR is not stated but I suppose it would be if the type of card and APR was part of the name or title of the card but not necessarily. For example my Lloyds Bank Platinum Low Rate shows in the credit card section as "Lloyds Bank formerly Lloyds TSB."
