I've always found the WD range to be over-rated, a bit like JCB stuff.
For contact cleaner, I always use ServisolMove along, nothing to see.0 -
the easiest way (if your pc has a reset button) is to swap them over

or another approach, go into the bios and see if the pc can be turned on via keyboard then just use the start menu to turn off.
these case use a plastic assembly which press onto the actual tiny switch which is a sealed unit so probably won't respond to ANY switch cleaning solvent which is more likely to melt the surrounding plastics making things a lot worse.
Also FWIR the mainboards from many of these acers fail to boot if the switch becomes permanently depressed.0
