Does anybody know how much it would be to obtain an electrical report for a three-bed terraced 1960's house from a NICEIC registered contractor?

How long is a piece of string - you need to get several quotes as cost and prices vary depending on where you live, how easy is the access and whether there are any problems.

Contact 3 contractors and get them to quote - when I had a test they needed to know how big the consumer unit was.

Typically about £100 - £150 dependent on location and hence competition.

e.g. Somewhere like London is actually towards the lower end due to intense competition.
