I was wondering if anyone got a cleaning company who could pm me. With help in knowing what to charge please

I have phoned a few companies locally who use contract cleaners. And explained I was looking into starting. And was wondering about pricing. In fairness they did give me rough invoice prices etc. But I wanted a price per hour per person they charge etany help on this would be really appreciated thanks

Are you talking domestic, or business / contract cleans?

The principles would be the same: your charge has to cover your costs - materials (consumables and equipment), petrol for getting to and from jobs and maybe time too, advertising, legal costs for contracts etc, maybe some waste disposal? for which you'd need a trade licence and a place to go to dispose of it.

If you're employing staff then there's also the admin costs of payroll, and legal advice on staff contracts, plus the costs of managing the staff, and you'll definitely have to pay them even if you don't take a wage yourself to begin with.

I'm sure you know all that though ... it's just thinking about what ALL the costs are and making sure you're going to cover them!
