If you are selected as the winner, you agree to allow Stay In Ltd and/or The Alverton Hotel the free use of your name and general location for publicity and newsletter purposes during this and future competitions.
The prize is for a two night stay in The Courtyard for two people with a three course dinner on the first night ONLY and open to residents of the UK who are over the age of 18.
Prize can only be taken during off peak times only
Prize to be redeemed before 31st December, 2016 and is dependent on availability.
Room offered as the prize may differ from the picture
Drinks and travel is not included.
Only one prize winner.
Closing date for entries is midnight on the 31st July 2016.
One winner will be selected at random from all entries received prior to the close of the competition and the prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the competition closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Stay In Ltd reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the entries which are received before the closing date.
The Alverton Hotel is responsible for the prize and Stay In Ltd shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury or consequential losses associated with the provision of the prize.
The prize is valid for the named winner only and may not be transferred to an alternative person or exchanged for another item from The Alverton Hotel.
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over.
One entry per household. No employees, their families or agencies of Stay In Ltd or The Alverton Hotel are eligible to enter the prize draw.
Stay In Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time without notice.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
