    I used to live in a shared ownership block. The sold prices of these are not supposed to show up on land registry but they often did. It was at least obvious that something was odd when identical flats were sold, some at £150k and others at £60-£85k.
    Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

    We do exclude some sales from our Price Paid data and you can view the list of exclusions

    Repossession data can be excluded from our House Price Index data if required, which is a different set of data to the one Zoopla and others obtain from us
