Hi first time posting! I'm first time buyer on my own, not a clue what I'm doing ha so come here for advise 
Anyone used an online company to book a surveyor to do a home buyers report? Or is it best to chose a local one? The ones online are coming cheaper then the local one! I guess they both do the same job?!

A local surveyor will be more familiar with the area, so should give a more accurate valuation.
Don't be fooled into going with estate agents' recommended surveyor - your fee will include commission paid to the estate agent.0
