HSBC online banking issue

Could any other users of HSBC's online system confirm what they can see under Credit cards.
I can see statements and on new system there is an item "balance transfers". I then get a message advising no online transfers available and a number to call.
In addition a BT offer only appeared once on my online system down in the bottom corner and I nearly missed it! Luckily I printed it off. The service team have confirmed an offer is available, but my gripe is that if its available I should see it on the online system until such time as it expires (which is what other providers do). I'm being run round in circles and have already raised one complaint which was supposed to have been fixed and hasn't been!

Mine just states the balance, no option of BT in mine but then that's most likely because it's a low limit CC.0
