Might just about be doable with a corner toilet, small sink and a D-shaped 900x770 shower.

90x155cm (to allow for a 10cm internal wall)

Not sure if you'd have enough toilet legroom though. Might be possible to get a shallow-projection toilet (with a high-level cistern) and fit it facing the door for just about enough room.

How the heck do you get in to seal the outside glass never mind cleaning

Hinged shower screens work much better on smaller spaces and bespoke options aren't that expensive

You can get a rectangle shower tray 700mm x 900mm which might be easier to fit and clean round. I have a bifold door on my small shower room which is a great space saver. A concertina door could be worth considering too.
