Warranty cancelled within 30 days, refund?

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a laptop online with extended warranty
I was just wondering if i purchase it with extended warranty, then decide i don't want it, within 30 days and not activating it, whether the cost of the extended warranty can be refunded - or what rights apply here

You need to read the terms of the warranty but it's 14 days for online sales not 30 (unless the retailer gives you 30). That is usually the case for a warranty too, unless their terms state longer.
