Insist on bein given details of the insurer since you are paying for it.
Or check the last annual report/accounts for the Management Company - it show the payment to the insurer.0 -
I second insisting on getting details of the insurer. I can't see why it should be secret, because that is just absurd, and surely only the insurers can tell you what is and is not covered. Have you complained up the chain?0
