What is the best Travel Insurance Company to deal with?

Hello,
I am looking for travel insurance on a single trip to Barcerlona.
I would like a company which has excellent service should go wrong and covers me well. If this costs a little extra so be it i would rather have the piece of mind.
I was going to go with "HolidaySafe" which Martin recommends but the reviews on the thread look awful.
Would appreciate any help.

The best ive found is Amex however you need to use there card, after which id recommend post office for ease0

We used AMEX last year but the policy was actually from AXA.0
