    POPLA upheld my appeal as UKPC declined to challenge it, so good news! Nice to stick it to these chancers. I'll add it to the decisions thread.

    Great stuff! Even a 3 point (but detailed) POPLA appeal can scare off a PPC. Pleased to see the templates working.
