Can somebody clarify how this works please, I still have my 20 free listings for the month, so if I list and they sell, will they be free and taken from the free listings or be charged a final value fee on the pay only when you sell offer.
I didn't get the 75% fee offer invite everyone else seems to have got either, and no idea why.

The 20 free listings means there's no insertion fee. It doesn't cost to list but you still have the final fees and Paypal fees to pay if the item sells. If it doesn't sell you don't pay anything (unless you've added a paid feature such as a reserve price, for example).
So as a private seller you'd still pay 10% ebay fees and 3.4% + 20p Paypal fees on the total amount (including P&P) if your item sells.
As soon as you list an item it'll automatically come off the free 20 listings offer. If you had another offer then listings would automatically come off that first, then the 20 offer after.
Offer invites are rarely for everyone, it's random.0
