Urgent help required

Options
Hi,
I urgently need some advice. I ordered a TV worth £1500 from Amazon. I was told it had been delivered when it had not been. I have a number of email exchange between my self and the seller.

I filed an A-Z claim and was told it has been denied because there was a valid tracking number and signature. I was told by amazon to contact the shippers. I contacted them and they have provided me with a signature which is not mine and a picture of my house. I feel like i'm going mad. Talking with Amazon is like talking to robots. WHo can help me, what law do i have on my side I paid £1400 for this TV and i'm going around in circles. I did pay on my credicard and have contacted the card compnay and they wil further investiage but can they say the same thing as amazon. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. This was something that we have waited years to order, we are not rich. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY

  • I recommend contacting the citizens advice helpline. They're well equipped to advise you and if not they will point you in the direction of someone who can. Good luck!!
