Upload it to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket, suitably redacted of course and making sure your real name isn't used on the website.
Post the URL here but change http to hxxp and someone will change it back to a live link.

I did but he paid his own parking ticket straight away a couple of months ago. No fight in the man and won't help.

I sent the template letter that salmosalaris added to the newbie section. Was I supposed to expect them to adhere to my list of requests?

Also, there was no photo sent to me when when the letter says there was.

And I expected a letter from them after 3 weeks. Should that not have come by now?

Clicky link that's not broken in the text.

The sign tries to make a contractual arrangement. One of the terms of the contract is to clearly display a valid permit in the front windscreen. If the driver didn't do so then the contract doesn't apply to them, so the driver must have been trespassing.

If NPM are not the landowner (or have contractual standing with the landowner to bring a claim for trespass in their own name) then NPM have no claim whatsoever - certainly not a claim for an arbitrary £100 contractual charge, as there is no contract. :)
