Tip for getting free boxes for moving house

Moving again soon and as usual I'm loath to buy moving boxes.
Supermarkets don't seem to want to give them out anymore (health and safety)
I work in a hospital and asked at work and was directed to pharmacy stores. They have deliveries daily and are chucking dozens of boxes and bubble wrap away!
So that's my tip, ask your local hospital pharmacy.

Support your local businesses - buy some boxes like normal people do.0

another one for free cycle here as well. good way of getting and then shifting them on once you've moved.0 -
I always - even before paying for bags - picked up the apple and stronger fruit boxes from tesco, to use for shopping and moving. The 'finest' range and more delicate fruits have bubble wrap as well.
No problem with the shops letting me take them either.

The Sainsbury's locally put the used black fruit and veg boxes near the till for people to take away. They are usually used by those not wanting to pay 5p for a bag but if you take a few they do not seem to mind.0

Local Facebook buying/selling sites. I asked on mine and a guy very nicely gave me loads of boxes left over at work.0
