Connecting Now tv box to old tv?

Hello 
I was wondering if it is possible to connect a now tv box to an old tv.
From what I can make out, I need to be able to connect hdmi (now tv box) to a 3 RCA video/audio ? ( round red, yellow and white connection on the side of my tv). I've been looking on ebay and amazon but don't know if just a cable would do or do I need a converter box/thing too? Any advice would be greatly appreciated please.

If it's a white NOW TV box it's got composite video and audio outputs on a mini-jack socket.
If it's black then it's HDMI only and you will need a converter box (and a power supply for it)
