Anyone had recent dealings with ICICI Bank

I used the comparison tool in here Friday morning to try and get some dollars before the markets nose-dived. ICICI Bank was still offering a good rate so I clicked through to their site.
The rate (1.45) was still being offered, I successfully submitted an order, completed payment details, verified by visa etc and got an order acknowledgement - and then nothing. No order confirmation, obviously no currency - and they haven't replied to any emails I've sent since asking for an update.
So I'm stuck in limbo with a pending transaction on my debit card, thereby not being able to go elsewhere, now having missed the boat with the sterling freefall.
Anyone else used this bureau recently?
