Does your cousin live with you?
Credit files are personal, though can be affected by financial association such as joint accounts.
If your cousin doesn't live at the named address then it's technically fraudulent though whether they find out is another matter.0 -
Your name will not be affected by this on the credit files but that doesn't stop the bailiffs appearing if anything goes wrong. Whilst the Bailiffs can't touch you it's still a hassle you could do without.0

The cousin may have to prove the address to the lender - how will they be able to do this?0
