Hey guys, after some advice. I'm a complete div when it comes to techno stuff, so idiot proof answers required :D

I have been given an iPhone 4 by a friend. She wants to keep her pictures etc.
I only have an iPad, no pic or Mac

How can I get her stuff off? Memory stick? Can I do this myself? Had a quick google but tbh, it went over me

Has she got an icloud account ?

If not she should get 1 ( or you do ) and upload photos to it.

Just remember that many iPhones are locked to a mobile network and if you wish to use it on a different network, then 'friend' (and not you) must get it unlocked by their network.

Or use it on their network for 1 month, and then you have the right to request it be unlocked .
Best way to do this is stick a throw away PAYG sim in it..
