Like most regulars I monitor the Utility Bills of family & friends including my own, a total of 6 in all.

Apart from one all are currently with EDF, who although never the cheapest had competative pricing, clear billing, very few errors and a fully detailed web site that was easy to work with

Checking their other tariffs used to be easy - Press 'Change tariff' and up they came headed by your current tariff with it's rates - That information disappeared about 3 months ago.

Today I visited the site to change the tariff for my sister who's current Blue Price will expire in July - Press 'Change tariff ' and up comes the current offers, but with no way of accessing the actual prices of Gas & Elec KWh or Standing charges.

Turns out they are only available from the Site Map, and even then they are item 17 on a list of 19 options

As I and 4 of my monitor accounts are presently on Blue Price Nov 2016 , there will be a mass exodus from EDF at the end of that month

I found them easily through the change tariff button.
    Change tariff
    Next
    Scroll down list of tariffs
Click compare all tariffs in one of the tariff boxes

Consult a comparison site to compare the whole of market to find the best deal for each
Don't forget to consider seperate suppliers if applicable.

You will also find all the tariff information you need on the comparison site :)

Only if you find EDF remain the best deal (unlikely) return to them to arrange the transfer if required.

Their May 2017 gas only certainly was competitive, took me away from Zog ;) Feels weird having both with Big 6s again.
