As these are Gladstones cases you can say that if Gladstones disagree they would have filed their own counter evidence

(All cases which have letters GF as 3rd and 4th letters are filed by Gladstones)

Although I included Harry Greenslades POPLA report in my bundle, I didn't include the parking prankster printouts about those cases, I was just going to take them with me tomorrow. Is that wrong?

Yes just take printouts with you because neither of them have transcripts (yet). The Oxford one was Gladstones. The Mr Pickup one wasn't.

Make sure you take everything else too and get there half an hour early...and if approached by the other side's rep, offering to 'discuss it' or asking about your defence, or trying to pass you some paperwork, refuse. Say you'd rather discuss it in court.

I can't sleep, I keep waking up because I'm so nervous!

I can't work out why exactly the NTK doesn't comply with POFA and why this case is so different from BEAVIS. It's all a muddle!

I can't help with any of the practical questions. Just wanted to wish you luck, and to say take a deep breath - you've already done all the prep, so try not to panic.

    Echoing elsien as above:-)

    You are very thoroughly prepared.

You are entirely innocent of this ludicrous verbiage dressed as "civil tort" by grubby grabbing illiterate, innumerate, inarticulate £muggery thugs. In a world where Agent Orange is elected, this is just another 'enemy within', small-scale.

Judge is Splatter-in-Chief. Hand him/her your ammo., one fact or pic or doc. at a time.

You will survive, physically and emotionally, if a little battered.

We will welcome you back ((((warmly)))).

Head up, shoulders back, deep breath IS important.

    Thinking of you, &:-)

HELP! Am I right in my thinking that the Notice to Keeper has to include an offer of a discount for prompt payment (at least 40% according to boa) as I can't find this worded in POFA !!!

Horizon just turned up. The usher asked if I wanted to be the Mackenzie friend and I said no, the Lay Rep, but she didn't seem to know what that was so I gave her the paperwork you recommended
