I'm worried about the turmoil that will follow the expulsion of England from the football tournament. Should I get my knickers in a twist, or just ask silly questions at MSE?

Glad you opened up a difficult topic, though I am not entirely sure this is the right board for it. I am particularly anxious to know whether the value of England sports kit will fall before I commit to exchange cash for one for my non existent grandson.0

Yes to both.
TBH, I was hoping for win to cheer up the majority of our household of 5 (we were split 4/1 in favor of remain).

Spotted elsewhere:Will anyone join me in sending a petition to Parliament to insist on replaying last night’s match and refusing to accept any result where the winning team scores fewer than 4 goals and is not leading by at least 2 goals at the final whistle?
