FSCS Question

I hope this is the right section...
I have ~90K in Santander accounts (Current,Savings and ISA accounts)
Also a joint mortgage with ~70K in the offset account.
What protection do I have under FSCS? Is it 35K for the offset a/c and 40K (75-35) for the others?
Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, it's £75k per bank in the UK. The FSCS website should clear up any confusion: http://www.fscs.org.uk/what-we-cover/compensation-limits/ - there's tonnes of info and FAQs too.0

Thanks for the reply Simon. I had seen that site, but was still unsure of the protection offered with one individual account and one joint account with Santander.0

It's £75k per person per institution, over all accounts. Half of the joint account is covered by the other person's allocation.Eco Miser
