Anker Charger - Warranty

Hi all,
I bought an Anker mobile phone charger (about £40) 3 months ago. It worked fine until last week. The charger charges up but when I connect it to my mobile phone, it won't charge at all. The percentage remains the same. My mobile phone charges normally when connect to the mains socket on a wall. Also, I have tried changing the charger lead / cable / wire, it makes no difference. I've also tried charging my nephews phone with the Anker charger and it still doesn't work.
It's 3 months old, I remember their being a warranty. Do I get in touch with Anker, the company or the person I bought it from on eBay?
I'm sorry if I sound clueless. Electric items tend to stop working just after the warranty ends not before and I am not sure what to do now.

Contact Anker. Their customer service is good, judging by the reviews on Amazon.0

The seller won't reply and is no longer selling.
Anker said no because I didn't buy it off them but they have offered me 5% off my next purchase. Sigh.
Oh well, lesson learnt.0 -
Can you open a dispute with PayPal?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Paypal disputes are for INR (item not received) or SNAD (significantly not as described). They aren't a warranty.
OP did the item have a warranty or not, you aren't clear.
The box clearly stated 18 month warranty on it. But once I opened it, there was a tiny little booklet in it which said 18 month warranty only if you have purchased directly from us or from a registered seller on Amazon.
The seller - I can't remember if it was a business or someone just selling them, he/she had sold a lot, about 108. The listing has disappeared. When I click on the item number on my purchase history, it won't bring anything up. I am sure it does this after a few months. Anyhow, I contacted eBay, they can't help me. PayPal don't have it covered under the buyer protection guarantee (or whatever it's called).
I had actually ordered another one off another seller on eBay, but sent it back (unopened) once Anker confirmed they did not cover for eBay seller unless they were registered with them. How would a buyer know if they were registered as a seller with Anker anymore?0 -

You quoted me quoting pinkshoes asking if you can open a paypal dispute.
You do not have a claim with paypal. As for the rest of your queries:
You said the seller is 'no longer selling'. Do you mean that or is he/she Narud? There is a difference. Sales over 90 days are usually archived, so you wouldn't necessarily see it anyhow.
If Anker offer warranties when you buy from them, you need to buy from them and NOT a reseller. How do you know? You look at who you are buying from. If it isn't Anker then it won't be warrantied.0
