Hi,
I am with Green Star Energy at the moment and my contract ends 14 July. Is it possible for me to switch now without a penalty or do I have to wait for that date to do so? Can you switch but post date it for a certain date?

You should have been informed by Green Star between May 26th and June 2nd that your deal was ending on the 14th July and that you are free to move. (the time limit is 49 days and 42 days before the contract ends)
As you are now 17 days before the end, you are free to switch without exit charges. (you were free to switch when the count hit 42 days to go irrespective of any communication from Green Star )
Switching takes a minimum of 17 days so I would look now and change as soon as you find a suitable deal for you.0 -
