messed up bank transfers.

Options
Hi all, i recently took out a new balance transfer card so that i could put both of my credit cards into the one card.
On sorting the balance transfer bout 2 weeks ago i have gone online to make sure that they went through fine and have just noticed that i have messed up between the 2 accounts somehow.
The smaller balance credit card i have actually taken too much and put the account into credit and the other card i haven't taken enough to clear the account.
is there a way to send the money from the card in credit to the card that i need to clear ? or is it not as easy as that?.

Thank's

Contact the card Company and request a refund of the additional amount then use this against the other card.

Okay so its pretty much sorted. I am getting a cheque sent from nationwide for the overpayment of the balance transfer to clear the account. Spot on customer service, was expecting it to be more hassle but was nice and easy.. panic over.
    Thanks for the info Stevie.
