One to note: In case you sign up to Post office Phone/Broadband, my Father-in-Law just moved house and obviously made quite a few calls to sort out the usual, plus calling hospitals. He got a call saying that as his spending pattern was too high (only £45) they blocked ALL calls for 5 days, routing them through their call centre first. Very odd behaviour for a telecoms operation, especially as a DD set up. Never experienced that, ever. Anyway he's back on now. The Ts & Cs do mention they reserve the right to monitor spending patterns, but on a new house move for £45?!
