War and preserved pension

More than likely done before but 340mg of morphine a day doesn't help concentration!
Is there any way you can get any money from these pensions?
I am in financial meltdown and really need an answer!
I get 90 percent attributed war pension and my preserved was paid early as I can't work due to severe disability.

If the pensions are currently in payment then there is no way to cash them in for a lump sum (which is what I assume you would like to do).
Have you sought help or advice elsewhere ?
